About the role
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
- Lower-than-average billable hours requirement (27 hours per week) and smaller-than-average caseloads (8-10 cases)
- Flexibility in scheduling, AI-driven efficiency, mentorship and leadership access, and on-demand clinical support
- Commitment to improving autism care including diagnostic teams and research sponsorship
Requirements
- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
