Assist the business in the investigation and remediation of issues
Document systems and acceptance criteria based on business requirements
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize requests
Identify opportunities and implement processes to improve speed of delivery and quality of deliverables
Provide data to business stakeholders for review and remediation

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Business Systems Analysis or relevant post-secondary education
Intermediate experience in SQL/Oracle, Confluence, SPLUNK, ITSM tools, and process mapping tools
Experience conducting impact analysis in an enterprise environment
Working experience with Agile methodology
Ability to translate technical terms for non-technical people
Experience in facilitating/leading cross-functional groups with demonstrated success
