About the role
- Monitor the client environment, checking systems and machines to ensure full operation
- Analyze and perform preventive maintenance in client environments
- Receive and analyze incident and problem tickets reported by the client
- Receive and fulfill service requests
- Provide workarounds to minimize customer impact during failures
- Develop permanent solutions to problems
- Execute, oversee, and monitor change/maintenance windows
- Manage performance and capacity
- Manage backups and recovery plans
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule outside business hours
- Perform on-site visits in the São Paulo Metropolitan Area
Requirements
- Experience with infrastructure deployment or support
- Experience with virtualization solutions
- Experience with storage solutions
- Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- Experience with Linux environments
- Experience administering physical and virtual machines
- Intermediate networking knowledge
- Knowledge of backup solutions and recovery planning
- Knowledge of Windows environments
- Knowledge of SAN (Storage Area Network)
- Clear and effective communication
- Teamwork

- Logical reasoning
- Critical thinking and a sense of urgency
- Intermediate English (reading, writing, and ability to participate in meetings and calls)
