About the role
- Design and develop high-quality learning solutions, including training modules, toolkits, guides, and e-learning content that support the new framework rollout.
- Create materials that promote continuous feedback, goal-setting, coaching, and performance review best practices.
- Ensure learning content is practical, user-friendly, and aligned with ICARDA’s values and organizational context.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for staff and managers globally.
- Build capacity of supervisors in performance coaching, feedback conversations, competency-based evaluations, and development planning.
- Establish mechanisms to evaluate learning outcomes, measure effectiveness, and track progress against goals.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master’s level or higher) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and organizational development.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs related to performance management, leadership development, or change management.
- Strong experience in facilitating workshops and virtual learning sessions for diverse, multicultural audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to translate frameworks and policies into practical, engaging learning solutions.
Benefits
- Terms of appointment, salary, and benefits The successful candidate will be offered a 30-day consultancy contract on a full-time basis.
- The incumbent will be provided with an honorarium based on the contract deliverables.
