• Design and develop high-quality learning solutions, including training modules, toolkits, guides, and e-learning content that support the new framework rollout.
• Create materials that promote continuous feedback, goal-setting, coaching, and performance review best practices.
• Ensure learning content is practical, user-friendly, and aligned with ICARDA’s values and organizational context.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for staff and managers globally.
• Build capacity of supervisors in performance coaching, feedback conversations, competency-based evaluations, and development planning.
• Establish mechanisms to evaluate learning outcomes, measure effectiveness, and track progress against goals.
