About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized business and technical roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent in a competitive market.

  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Justworks, Rippling, or Gusto).
  • Remote Pro: Proven ability to manage confidential tasks and build relationships in a mostly virtual environment.
