About the role
- Conduct interviews with Ibility employees to document organizational leadership perspectives, career pathways, and mission-driven experiences
- Develop story-telling packages, including narratives, pitch materials, and talking points
- Translate core messaging into multiple formats to support marketing, communications, and external outreach efforts
- Research and identify relevant podcasts, publications, interviews, and speaking opportunities aligned with government contracting, Veterans’ services, and leadership communities
- Support outreach preparation by drafting pitch blurbs and introductory content for external engagement
- Research government contracting (GovCon) awards and industry recognitions applicable to the organization and its team members
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Lead and Graphic Designer to align written and visual storytelling
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Comfort conducting interviews and synthesizing qualitative information
- Interest in government consulting, veteran-owned businesses, or mission-driven organizations
- Experience with content creation, storytelling, or portfolio-based projects
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative virtual environment
- Detail-oriented consulting approach, with client service focus
- Self-starter - can work independently and within a team
