About the role
- Assess OCM and operational readiness
- Support and facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and provide co-ordination/collaboration from various business units
- Attend and participate in meetings with many different client stakeholder groups
- Help identify and formulate organizational target state requirements from written materials and verbal interactions with stakeholders
- Identify and document organizational design challenges, obstacles, and decisions, and provide rationale and recommendations to help address resistance to change
- Develop and execute communication plans
- Help develop approaches for developing a permanent organizational resiliency and change capacity within differing organizational units and approaches for transitioning key change management responsibilities and activities to them
- Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
- Define activities to support change and transition initiatives
- Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs around our technology solution
- Work directly with the client and end user to affect change
- Test and review deliverables to ensure quality and compliance

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational/business transformation in consulting or industry role
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholders
- Effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation. ERP experience strongly desired
- Strong technical and creative writing skills
- Strong organization & planning skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work independently or with little direction, when required
- Understanding or experience working with VA strongly desired
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Ability to interface well with SME’s, end-users, and client stakeholders across the organization
- Highly proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
