About the role
- Execute on sales strategy to advance the US of Ibex’s AI platform in hospital systems and laboratories.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas as defined by management.
- Identify, articulate and demonstrate the value proposition to key clinicians, hospital administrators, IT, and C-Suite that drive purchasing decisions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer: provide input to product teams, leadership, and marketing regarding the competitive landscape and customer feedback.
- Develop, execute and track a SaaS sales cycle from lead to close.
Requirements
- BSc in a relevant technical or scientific field; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of consultative, quota-based medical selling experience in medical devices or healthcare software – a must!
- Proven track record of success selling across multiple customer stakeholders
- Experience in developing and expanding a market, strategy development, campaigns, key tactics, execution and performance metrics
- Experience in healthcare system contracting and negotiations
- Experience in pathology lab sales and digital pathology preferred
- Travel estimated at >50%
