Operations

• Support the sales team by maintaining and updating customer data, opportunities, and pipeline stages in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly sales reports including revenue forecasts, funnel analysis, and performance metrics.
• Automate contact-to-opportunity qualification and allocate leads to IAV sales managers (pre-sales/inside sales).
• Assist in preparing, tracking, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of customer quotes.
• Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and operations to streamline communication and resolve issues.
• Perform post-lead follow up including customer satisfaction and lost deal analysis.
• Support legal and commercial documentation processes (NDAs, contracts, risk assessments).
• Facilitate data transfer between CRM and SAP to ensure consistency and traceability.
• Organize meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items from sales meetings.
• Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, travel, and provide other administrative support.
• Other duties as assigned.
