About the role

  • Management and optimization of internal channels
  • Design, adapt and optimize intranet pages and portals for managers and employees
  • Manage editing rights, SharePoint groups and associated permissions
  • Integrate, publish and promote news, events and appointments
  • Maintain governance standards (structures, taxonomy, rules and consistency)
  • Create, update and contribute to the development of automated dashboards
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and advisor to consultants and partners on optimal use of internal communications platforms
  • Propose improvements to optimize employee journeys, content and distribution mechanisms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, UX, Information Design or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint, M365 (including Copilot) and analytics tools
  • Strong interest in innovation, employee experience, data and artificial intelligence
  • Excellent ability to simplify complex concepts and to share knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with discipline and rigor
  • Curiosity, political acumen, good judgment, analytical mindset and a collaborative spirit
  • Advanced proficiency in English
