About the role
- Validate that IAM solutions and processes comply with security requirements
- Serve as a subject-matter resource for IT teams and internal partners
- Drive the product vision as Product Owner
- Evolve IAM practices and platforms
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM mechanisms
- Manage and prioritize the backlog based on value and risk
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Expertise in complex, integrated environments
- Strong command of IAM concepts and principles: RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, PAM, Zero Trust
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST, and IAM-related standards
- Ability to influence without authority and to make effective trade-offs
- Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
