About the role
- Manage employees’ electronic identities and access across multiple platforms
- Lead compliance-related approval requests and produce access reports
- Handle and follow up on access-related support tickets
- Participate in operational support activities and restore services during incidents
- Perform technical tasks within the scope of maintenance, monitoring and production surveillance
- Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure AD environments
- Strong technical expertise in access and role management
- Knowledge of complex environments, notably IBM Mainframe (RACF on z/OS)
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, LEAN, development lifecycle, DevOps, PowerShell considered an asset
- College-level diploma in computer science or equivalent
