About the role
- Providing accurate and efficient administrative and sales support to advisors and internal teams
- Acting as a key liaison between financial advisors, BDMs, MGAs, and internal teams
- Managing, maintaining, and distributing sales concepts, tools, and presentations related to investment solutions
- Supporting advisor engagement and development by onboarding advisors
- Tracking and analyzing sales activities and results to provide relevant metrics, reports, and enhanced visibility
- Producing customized lists of advisors, partners, and sales contacts
Requirements
- Strong customer‑service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of accuracy
- Post‑secondary education in administration, finance, investments, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to use digital platforms such as Constant Contact or equivalent tools
- Strong ability to prioritize effectively
- Adapt to constant change and deliver precise work in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with sales tools, case‑management systems, and CRM platforms (e.g., EVO, Document Centre, My Clients, Business Tracker, WebArch, Workflow, FASAT / Salesforce, Microsoft Teams)
- Experience in the insurance and/or investment industry, or in a support role related to these sectors is considered an asset
- Hands‑on experience working with advisor networks and sales teams
- Advanced level of proficiency in English
- Advanced level of proficiency in French
