About the role

  • Providing accurate and efficient administrative and sales support to advisors and internal teams
  • Acting as a key liaison between financial advisors, BDMs, MGAs, and internal teams
  • Managing, maintaining, and distributing sales concepts, tools, and presentations related to investment solutions
  • Supporting advisor engagement and development by onboarding advisors
  • Tracking and analyzing sales activities and results to provide relevant metrics, reports, and enhanced visibility
  • Producing customized lists of advisors, partners, and sales contacts

Requirements

  • Strong customer‑service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy
  • Post‑secondary education in administration, finance, investments, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to use digital platforms such as Constant Contact or equivalent tools
  • Strong ability to prioritize effectively
  • Adapt to constant change and deliver precise work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with sales tools, case‑management systems, and CRM platforms (e.g., EVO, Document Centre, My Clients, Business Tracker, WebArch, Workflow, FASAT / Salesforce, Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience in the insurance and/or investment industry, or in a support role related to these sectors is considered an asset
  • Hands‑on experience working with advisor networks and sales teams
  • Advanced level of proficiency in English
  • Advanced level of proficiency in French
