About the role

  • Support the manager in overseeing a portion of the Private Equity and Infrastructure portfolio;
  • Monitor the market and track trends in sectors related to alternative investments;
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses of various investment opportunities;
  • Prepare documentation required for investment approval stages;
  • Assist the manager in negotiations related to the acquisition of new investments;
  • Collaborate closely with various internal and external experts (lawyers, consultants, partners, etc.);
  • Analyze and monitor the financial evolution of portfolio companies;
  • Participate in the development and use of portfolio management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • A Master's degree would be an asset;
  • Intermediate to senior experience in private equity — typically 3 to 5 years — or more experience in infrastructure, M&A, private debt, or another relevant area;
  • Recognized for a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong writing and communication skills;
  • Demonstrates excellent analytical, synthesis and rigorous skills;
  • High professional autonomy and a well-developed sense of priorities;
  • Proficiency in French and an advanced knowledge of English.
