About the role
- Actively participate in high-volume recruitment and staffing for entry-level roles
- Act as a strategic, operational, and tactical partner to managers to identify their recruitment needs
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and participate in networking events
- Contribute to creating and maintaining talent pools with an understanding of the North American job market
- Collaborate with colleagues in Canada and the United States to share best practices
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process with agility, ensuring a positive experience for candidates
Requirements
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a recruitment advisory role
- Possesses an advanced level of French
- Demonstrates strong sourcing skills and interest in this activity
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment
- Comfortable working with performance indicators and thriving in a dynamic, high-volume setting
