About the role

  • Contribute to the delivery of small-scale enhancement requests across various ServiceNow modules by participating in all stages of the process: analysis, development, testing, and production deployment
  • Prepare documentation supporting the delivery of requests, including system documentation, technical specification sheets, as well as test plans and results
  • Actively participate in daily team sync meetings to share progress and raise any potential blockers
  • Configure solutions in a "no-code/low-code" environment, focusing primarily on configuration rather than programming

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and required to complete a credited internship during Summer 2026
  • Known for autonomy, a willingness to challenge oneself, and strong team spirit
  • Stands out for openness, adaptability, and strong communication skills
  • Demonstrates rigor, attention to detail, and solid problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in JavaScript (reading and writing code)
  • Knowledge of AI tools, the Microsoft Office suite, ServiceNow, and/or ITSM processes is an asset
