About the role
- Lead, engage and develop the business analyst team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure value-driven delivery
- Provide coaching and promote professional growth
- Serve as the business analyst practice lead
- Manage workload and allocate tasks according to priorities
- Contribute to the evolution of processes related to operational value delivery
- Mentor the business analyst community of practice
- Act as the point of contact between analysts, stakeholders and management
- Identify training needs and implement professional development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in business analysis and 5 years in team management or relevant equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Engaging leadership and change management capability
- Excellent communication, coordination and ability to translate complex information for varied audiences
- Strong curiosity, autonomy, rigor and analytical synthesis skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and fostering innovation
- Excellent continuous improvement skills
- Knowledge of group insurance, savings and group retirement plans (asset)
- Intermediate English level for meetings and emails
