About the role
- Translate strategic ambitions into current and future IT capabilities
- Promote the reuse of solutions and capabilities
- Develop and maintain solution evolution roadmaps
- Support solution architects to align recommendations
- Identify and improve enterprise architecture standards and practices
- Maintain and support the evolution of architecture repositories
- Contribute to solution cost–benefit analyses
- Oversee the assessment of technical capabilities and advocate for recommendations
- Guide the application of the architecture process with teams
Requirements
- Natural ability to influence and strategic vision
- Ability to devise innovative solutions
- Significant experience in enterprise architecture (15+ years)
- Proficiency with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
- Experience with SDLC, DevOps, ITSM, Agile, LEAN
- Ability to effectively influence and defend the organization's architectural strategies and directions to diverse audiences
- Orientation toward cloud computing and virtualization
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Intermediate English proficiency
