About the role
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with dealer principals, general managers, finance leaders, and other key dealership stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of escalation and strategic guidance for national and high‑value dealer partners
- Conduct regular dealership visits to assess performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnership engagement
- Oversee the rollout and adoption of standardized processes and procedures
- Provide coaching, training, and leadership to ensure Account Executives deliver consistent execution
- Develop strategies to increase penetration, product performance, and overall profitability
- Identify growth opportunities and use data insights to guide decision‑making
- Partner with internal teams to support dealer initiatives and resolve issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor
Requirements
- At least 5 years of finance and insurance experience in automotive
- A minimum 2 years outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of success
- Strategic planning and business analytics skills
- Executive presence and experience in facilitating business presentations
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
