• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with dealer principals, general managers, finance leaders, and other key dealership stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of escalation and strategic guidance for national and high‑value dealer partners
• Conduct regular dealership visits to assess performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen partnership engagement
• Oversee the rollout and adoption of standardized processes and procedures
• Provide coaching, training, and leadership to ensure Account Executives deliver consistent execution
• Develop strategies to increase penetration, product performance, and overall profitability
• Identify growth opportunities and use data insights to guide decision‑making
• Partner with internal teams to support dealer initiatives and resolve issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor
