💰 $55,000 - $60,000 per year

About the role

  • Coordination and implementation of activities associated with running youth sports leagues, clinics, and camps
  • Cultivation of former staff through strategic engagement and re-hiring
  • Managing staff advancement and recruitment of new part-time staff
  • Development and implementation of comprehensive training programs
  • Direct supervision of Senior Site Managers, Site Managers, Coordinators, and Instructors
  • Implementation of quality standards
  • Follow-up with parents, volunteer coaches, and participants
  • Implement continuous coach resource training and education

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail, pattern identification
  • Familiarity with Howard County & Montgomery County MD and/or Arlington/D.C. is preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, works efficiently
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Enjoys a challenging, high energy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail, Google Drive, etc.
