Manager

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the bid response lifecycle, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and proactive proposals.
• Create, edit, and curate high-quality, compelling, and compliant proposal documents, presentations, and supporting materials that clearly articulate the SaaS solution's value proposition and competitive advantage.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Technical, and Implementation teams to gather inputs, ensure accuracy, and align the bid strategy with internal capabilities and client needs.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to define and model profitable and competitive pricing strategies for complex deals, considering subscription tiers, professional services, and usage models typical in a SaaS environment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, legal, and operational risks associated with bids and contracts, especially concerning service level agreements (SLAs) and data security requirements.
• Work closely with Legal counsel to review, draft, and negotiate key commercial terms, including contracts, master service agreements (MSAs), and statements of work (SOWs), ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Assist the Sales team in structuring complex, multi-year subscription deals and managing associated financial models.
• Maintain and continuously improve a centralised library of reusable bid content (e.g., standard answers, case studies, company information, legal boilerplate) specific to the SaaS product.
• Conduct thorough post-bid reviews, win/loss analyses, and lessons learned sessions to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of future bid submissions.

• Customer representation: Engage directly with clients, end-users, and stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and represent the customer voice throughout the development process.
• Customer Experience ownership: Ensure that product decisions, backlog priorities, and acceptance criteria contribute to a simple, seamless, and valuable customer experience. Maintain awareness of user journeys and pain points to inform product trade-offs.
• Backlog Ownership: Own, refine, and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it balances strategic objectives, customer value, and business needs.
• Requirements: Translate customer and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts (wireframes, workflows, user journeys) that enable clarity for development teams.
• Sprint & Delivery Leadership: Ensure backlog items are well defined for refinement and sprint planning. Guide increments so that each sprint delivers value that improves the customer experience and meets quality standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, QA, and architecture to shape solutions; and with design/UX colleagues to validate that solutions deliver a positive user experience.
• Continuous Discovery & Improvement: Stay informed on customer feedback, industry trends, and technology opportunities. Use these insights to continuously improve product usability, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs clearly, building confidence that customer experience and business priorities are being balanced effectively.
• Product Strategy Alignment: Partner with Product Management to execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring outcomes align with customer expectations and business goals.

Customer Support

• Deliver 24/7 support function for customers using the multi i6 platforms
• Manage service desk performance, KPIs and work closely with various teams to resolve customer issues
• Supervise the Support Team and handle escalations
• Oversee the triage, prioritisation, and resolution of incidents and service requests
• Define, monitor, and report on service desk KPIs
• Build and maintain an internal and customer-facing knowledge base
• Ensure clear communication with Customer Success Managers
