About the role

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, vehicle software engineering, and project management teams to define project goals, scope, deliverables, KPIs, and timelines
  • Lead data‑driven problem‑solving, including root‑cause analysis, risk assessment, and process optimization to address software delivery challenges
  • Align technical and business stakeholders on requirements, priorities, features, and constraints essential for successful vehicle software development and delivery
  • Develop one-voice agreement on issues, features, and specs required for vehicle program viability, consumer needs, and market success in N.A.
  • Monitor AVP project execution, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks while implementing mitigation and contingency plans
  • Coordinate engineering activities through the full development lifecycle—from requirements and design reviews to testing, launch, and post‑release support
  • Support pre-release readiness activities, including validation at N.A. assembly plants during pre-launch vehicle quality assurance audits
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and key deliverables
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate AVP project status, milestones, and key insights to management
  • Improve AVP project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Program Management experience in vehicle and/or vehicle software development required
  • Domestic and international travel to support projects (as required ~25%)
  • Valid Driver's License & satisfactory driving record
