About the role
- Conduct ongoing research and analysis of employee relations, labor relations, and workplace trends to support proactive identification of workforce risks, morale concerns, and engagement opportunities.
- Support the design, execution, and tracking of ER strategies and programs aimed at improving employee experience, morale, and trust in management.
- Provide executional and coordination support for ER-led morale and engagement initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and support management-facing ER tools.
- Archive and generate quantitative and qualitative reports for HMGMA management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Majors in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a closely related people-operation function, with demonstrated involvement in employee relations planning, employee engagement initiatives, or HR program support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals.
- Experience supporting Employee Relations or Human Resources functions in a manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale workforce environment, with exposure to hourly and salaried employee populations.

- Domestic / International travel required.
