About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, hiring trends, compensation, and workforce metrics.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources including HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify data needs and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic HR initiatives including workforce planning, a variety of HR related reporting.
  • Process HR-related invoices including medical, dental, and vision coverage accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Leverage SAP to process transactions, generate reports, and support system-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce reporting, or a data-intensive HR role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
