About the role

  • Perform factory testing, calibration, configuration, and safety verification
  • Commission and validate systems at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical, electrical, software, and communication issues
  • Support customer acceptance testing during factory testing and on-site installation milestones
  • Develop technical documentation and deliver hands-on training
  • Collaborate with engineering, project, and customer teams to ensure system deployment

Requirements

  • Level I: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Associate’s degree with 1 year relevant experience
  • Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Level III: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Level IV: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • 7 to 12 years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based systems, device configuration, and basic networking concepts
  • Experience with system commissioning, testing, calibration, and validation activities
