About the role
- Perform factory testing, calibration, configuration, and safety verification
- Commission and validate systems at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical, electrical, software, and communication issues
- Support customer acceptance testing during factory testing and on-site installation milestones
- Develop technical documentation and deliver hands-on training
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and customer teams to ensure system deployment
Requirements
- Level I: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Associate’s degree with 1 year relevant experience
- Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Level III: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Level IV: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- 7 to 12 years of relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Working knowledge of Windows-based systems, device configuration, and basic networking concepts
- Experience with system commissioning, testing, calibration, and validation activities
