• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for all parts segments, aligning with national objectives and regularly reviewing performance with dealer leadership
• Work closely with dealers to expand their service business, generate new parts consumption opportunities, and ensure their teams are equipped to support growing market share
• Partner with aftersales marketing to advance eCommerce initiatives and identify opportunities to reach new customer segments, guiding dealers in market expansion efforts
• Provide dealers with essential sales tools, training, and feedback, promote adoption of key sales campaigns, and deliver hands-on coaching to maximize results
• Track, analyze, and report sales data and market insights using CRM and BI tools, keeping both internal teams and dealer leaders informed and empowered

Support Engineer

• Oversee global product structure management by defining, assigning, and maintaining truck configuration attributes, and coordinating the release of product structures for multiple platforms and model years.
• Lead the release and maintenance of product codes, unit codes, distribution records, and master lists for both internal and external manufacturing partners, ensuring timely launches aligned with production schedules.
• Coordinate and manage global engineering change processes, including ECN batch releases and VASP technician workloads, to support technical publications and aftermarket operations.
• Provide global support for resolving product structure and system issues, manage engineering libraries and sales/product information databases, and ensure accurate maintenance of truck, battery, and component data.

Manager, Engineering Technical Support

Field Engineer

• Perform factory testing, calibration, configuration, and safety verification to prepare systems for customer delivery
• Commission and validate systems at customer sites, including on-site testing, wireless communication surveys, and safety adjustments
• Troubleshoot and resolve electro-mechanical, electrical, software, and communication issues in factory and field environments
• Support customer acceptance testing during factory testing and on-site installation milestones
• Develop technical documentation and deliver hands-on training to operators and customer teams
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and customer teams to ensure safe, reliable, and timely system deployment
• Level I: Support senior field engineers with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation while building technical and field experience
• Level IV: Serve as the on-site technical lead, coordinating daily activities, mentoring junior engineers, and acting as the primary technical point of contact for the customer
