About the role
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted leads to introduce Instructor Mobile’s OSHA compliance training software.
- Use provided scripts to engage leads and deliver a concise value proposition.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects by gauging interest and scheduling demos with the sales lead.
- Log call activity, outcomes, and notes consistently into a CRM (HubSpot/Apollo).
- Send templated follow-up emails and maintain ongoing communication with interested leads.
- Collaborate with the sales lead to pass off warm prospects for product demos and further discussions.
- Follow up with leads who requested callbacks or were unavailable during initial contact attempts.
Requirements
- Experience speaking on the phone is required.
- Experience making outbound phone calls is a plus, but not necessary.
- Persistent: Willing to make a high volume of calls daily and consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to accurately log all outreach activity and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Communicative: Must speak fluent English with a professional tone and clarity—accent is acceptable as long as communication is clear.
- Adaptable: Able to use scripts while adjusting to real-time conversations and objections.
- Tech-Friendly: Experience with or ability to quickly learn CRMs like HubSpot and Apollo is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with overall sales goals.
