About the role

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted leads to introduce Instructor Mobile’s OSHA compliance training software.
  • Use provided scripts to engage leads and deliver a concise value proposition.
  • Identify and qualify potential prospects by gauging interest and scheduling demos with the sales lead.
  • Log call activity, outcomes, and notes consistently into a CRM (HubSpot/Apollo).
  • Send templated follow-up emails and maintain ongoing communication with interested leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales lead to pass off warm prospects for product demos and further discussions.
  • Follow up with leads who requested callbacks or were unavailable during initial contact attempts.

Requirements

  • Experience speaking on the phone is required.
  • Experience making outbound phone calls is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Persistent: Willing to make a high volume of calls daily and consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to accurately log all outreach activity and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Communicative: Must speak fluent English with a professional tone and clarity—accent is acceptable as long as communication is clear.
  • Adaptable: Able to use scripts while adjusting to real-time conversations and objections.
  • Tech-Friendly: Experience with or ability to quickly learn CRMs like HubSpot and Apollo is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with overall sales goals.
