About the role

Develop and execute Proof-of-Value (POV) plans to demonstrate and sell value to customers
Drive a strong technical understanding of the HYPR True Passwordless Platform
Create innovative and practical end-to-end solution designs aligned with business strategy and HYPR context
Enable customer success by managing expectations and risks during the POV
Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to client engagements focused on Passwordless implementation and adoption
Ensure successful deployments of POVs and communicate technical/business value during the sales process
Collaborate across internal and external teams in complex and shifting environments

Minimum of 3-5 years in a pre-Solutions Engineering role
Thorough communication skills and an understanding of how to sell customer value
Experience with authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth/OIDC)
Experience with Multi Factor Authentication
Experience with Identity Providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock or others)
Experience or comfort in the use and guidance of REST APIs and SDKs
Managed complex, enterprise sale cycles as a lead Solutions Engineer
Ability to work outside of normal working hours to partner with global IT Services staff (may be required)
Knowledge of enterprise architecture including load balancing, application firewalls, SIEM (ideal)
Experience or comfort with FIDO UAF and FIDO2 (ideal)
Experience with Identity Access Management standards such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.0 (ideal)
