About the role

  • Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects
  • Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for SOTI software products
  • Perform product demonstrations that articulate business and technical value of SOTI solutions
  • Collaborate with regional sales team consultatively with clients/stakeholders
  • Educate on and facilitate SOTI solutions addressing business and technical outcomes, positioning business value to decision-makers
  • Present solution architecture, including technical aspects of product and supporting systems
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, install and configure enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers
  • Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues and generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature requests)
  • Assist with execution of internal team projects and initiatives
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and follow up on support cases as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent French speaker
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience with experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaS
  • Prior experience working in a technical customer-facing role, ideally as a pre-sales / sales engineer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs
  • Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), SAML, Identity provider (IdP)
  • Knowledge of certificate authorities, certificate management & distribution, and encryption methodologies (SHA1/2, TLS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP protocol, and identity management systems
  • Understanding and experience with Databases (MS SQL Server, MY-SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Understanding and/or knowledge of business processes & sales cycle
  • Knowledge of containerization and virtualization
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision; plan, prioritize and organize workload
  • Nice to have: Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent; Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange; Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate); Android Enterprise Professional; formal sales training (value selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman); understanding of REST APIs and coding (JavaScript, HTML); experience with customer service / incident management software
