• You are responsible for our entire recruiting process end-to-end and continuously develop it.
• Manage the entire recruiting process – from refining the job profile, coordinating with other team members, to negotiating employment contracts.
• Identify and proactively approach PR and communications talent via LinkedIn.
• Conduct initial interviews.
• Continuously review and improve our recruiting setup.
• Work closely with the team and our CEO.
• Contribute to the operational implementation of our people-related initiatives.
