About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for our entire recruiting process end-to-end and continuously develop it.
Manage the entire recruiting process – from refining the job profile, coordinating with other team members, to negotiating employment contracts.
Identify and proactively approach PR and communications talent via LinkedIn.
Conduct initial interviews.
Continuously review and improve our recruiting setup.
Work closely with the team and our CEO.
Contribute to the operational implementation of our people-related initiatives.
