Market Research Analyst

Operations

• Act as an operational guide from project start to finish: managing project bidding, kick-offs, survey design, fielding, data processing, and occasionally analysis
• Review questionnaires for logic, research objectives, and respondent experience
• Oversee key phases (link checking, field monitoring, data processing, timelines) and lead vendor kick off meetings
• Contribute to kick off conversations, align on scope, and identify challenges and next steps
• Manage vendors, including negotiating costs, setting expectations, and aligning on scope
• Prepare data sets in Crunch.io for project teams
• Maintain a library of resources, best practices, and templates for team training and use
• Build quantitative expertise by working across a variety of methodologies and act as a future client-facing quant research expert
• Partner with Project teams to ensure client needs are met on time and within budget
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency while maintaining quality
• Provide cost and feasibility estimates for bids and recommend competitive pricing options that protect margin targets
• Manage project scope and costs to protect margins
• Contribute to company culture and champion the Hypothesis Way
