• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial and specialized properties, both interior and exterior
• Responsible for assessing and documenting the technical/building condition of properties
• Perform measurements and calculate living areas
• Document the current construction status and maintenance activities
• Regular digital collaboration with colleagues on ongoing matters

• Inspection of residential, commercial and special-purpose properties, both inside and out
• Assessment and documentation of the technical condition of properties
• Taking on-site measurements, calculating living area (floor area) and documenting construction progress/status
• Regular digital coordination and information exchange with colleagues on current topics

Product Manager

• You drive forward our insurance products in the composite area (property, liability, accident - SHU) together with your colleagues.
• You maintain and further develop our existing products.
• You conduct negotiations with risk carriers regarding new and existing concepts.
• You handle project management related to the concepts.
• You are the contact person in your field and are responsible for stakeholder management.
• You are willing to occasionally visit our risk carriers on-site or attend trade shows.
