About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You conduct internal and external inspections of residential, commercial and special-purpose properties.
Our service team coordinates and schedules your routes so you can focus on your core tasks.
As part of our nationwide service network, you will take on 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week.
In your region you are responsible for assessing and documenting the technical condition of properties.
You take measurements, calculate living areas and document the current construction status and any maintenance measures.
You regularly exchange information digitally with your colleagues about current team topics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have an affinity for real estate and already have some experience in the property sector or a strong interest in this exciting field.
Ideally, you have experience with area measurements and taking measurements on site.
You are communicative, reliable and able to work independently.
Your strengths are accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct.
A neat, service-oriented and friendly manner is important to you, even under pressure.
You are comfortable using Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook.
You need a valid Class B driver's license and a certain amount of driving experience for the company car.
Your profile is rounded off by very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
