About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both inside and outside
Complete five pre-planned day routes, comprising approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues about current team-related topics
Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a pronounced interest in this field
Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently
Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
Professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner
Confident user of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Class B driving licence and some driving experience
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
