Accounting Manager

• You are responsible for accounts preparation using Lexoffice, including document management and account reconciliations.
• Issuing invoices and managing all payment transactions.
• Performing monthly VAT returns.
• Preparing monthly summaries and cash flow planning.
• Coordinating the annual financial statements in close cooperation with our tax advisor.
• Responsible for payroll preparation and ensuring smooth payroll processes.
• Managing administrative HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
• Administering social insurance and maintaining employee master data.
• Close collaboration with the HR and recruiting lead to ensure clean processes.
• Planning company events and creating team gatherings.

• You perform the monthly VAT advance return.
• You prepare monthly overviews and cash-flow forecasts and keep an eye on our cash position.
• You coordinate the year-end closing in close collaboration with our tax advisor.
• You are responsible for payroll preparation and ensure a smooth payroll process.
• You manage administrative HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
• You administer social security contributions and maintain employee master data.
• You work closely with our HR and recruiting lead to ensure clean, efficient processes.
• You manage company event planning and create gatherings that remain memorable.
