• Provide tailored investment advice to individual clients, primarily in real estate investments but also for ETF plans.
• Analyze and help select attractive energy-efficient property projects with strong return potential.
• Support especially high-net-worth clients in understanding and maximizing the benefits of new depreciation rules and KfW subsidies.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing ongoing support and investment updates.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and financial projections and present them to clients.
• Help develop services that transform real estate investments into turnkey investment solutions for busy clients.
