About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and drives growth across brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate marketing performance and ROI, continuously refining strategies based on insights and analytics.
- Take ownership of marketing operations including systems, processes, and workflows to ensure operational excellence within the marketing function.
- Partner closely with the RevOps team to address bottlenecks and streamline operations to enable efficient collaboration across teams.
- Serve as the steward of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and alignment with the company’s mission and values in every customer interaction.
- Define and refine messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences, differentiates the brand, and reinforces our competitive edge.
- Drive end-to-end demand generation strategies that effectively convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Oversee integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email, and events, to build a high-performing marketing funnel.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and support revenue attainment.
- Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and cross-functional alignment.
- Define key themes and direction for the development of a comprehensive content calendar to position Hyperproof as a thought leader in the industry across blogs, webinars, videos, social, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of marketing experience with proven leadership in SaaS environments.
- Extensive experience leading brand, demand generation, and product marketing functions.
- Track record of success in scaling marketing organizations at Series B or growth-stage companies.
- Mastery of marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Strong financial acumen for managing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Ability to inspire teams and build a collaborative culture.
