• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and drives growth across brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate marketing performance and ROI, continuously refining strategies based on insights and analytics.
• Take ownership of marketing operations including systems, processes, and workflows to ensure operational excellence within the marketing function.
• Partner closely with the RevOps team to address bottlenecks and streamline operations to enable efficient collaboration across teams.
• Serve as the steward of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and alignment with the company’s mission and values in every customer interaction.
• Define and refine messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences, differentiates the brand, and reinforces our competitive edge.
• Drive end-to-end demand generation strategies that effectively convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email, and events, to build a high-performing marketing funnel.
• Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and support revenue attainment.
• Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and cross-functional alignment.
• Define key themes and direction for the development of a comprehensive content calendar to position Hyperproof as a thought leader in the industry across blogs, webinars, videos, social, and more.
