Software Engineer

• You'll provide unified executive leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to a globally distributed organization of platform architects, product managers, and software engineers.
• You'll define and lead the technical roadmap for Hyperproof’s enterprise platform and AI engineering capabilities, ensuring absolute synchronization with overarching corporate strategy, security standards, and governance expectations.
• You'll take direct business and financial accountability for platform-led growth, designing infrastructure strategies that directly drive and support ARR, NRR, and GRR expansion across our enterprise customer base.
• You'll drive the unification and standardization of core, enterprise-grade platform capabilities—specifically centralizing and scaling Authentication, Roles/Permissions, Tasks, Workflows, and comprehensive system Logging.
• You'll architect and oversee the strategic multi-cloud convergence of our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) application, successfully deploying it into new cloud environments.
• You'll champion developer experience (DX) and productivity by building reusable components, application engineering patterns, and technical playbooks that enable rapid adoption.
• You'll evaluate cloud services, frameworks, data architectures, and AI platform tools with a rigorous focus on developer self-service, reuse, interoperability, cost optimization, and enterprise scalability.
• You'll establish repeatable technical patterns and platform standards for moving core data pipelines and advanced AI/GenAI capabilities safely from experimentation to production-grade implementation.
• You'll instill a culture of relentless quality control, implementing robust testing frameworks, automated verification, and performance SLAs to ensure enterprise-grade stability and zero critical regression escapes.
• You'll design and roll out a unified 6-month product-engineering platform roadmap that introduces secure-by-design architectural patterns, model orchestration layers, and reusable accelerators.
• You'll deliver a highly predictable, metric-driven platform delivery pipeline by the end of the year, characterized by top-tier platform stability, high team accountability, and optimized engineering throughput.

SVP, Platform – Engineering, Product

Marketing

• Drive demand for net-new partners across resellers, MSSPs, auditors, and GSIs, creating collateral and programs such as pitch decks, partner webinars, and email marketing.
• Leverage Hyperproof’s broader marketing campaigns and demand gen programs to specifically drive growth in new partnerships.
• Support our partner GTM organization in 1:1 and ABM efforts aimed to acquire target partner organizations.
• Create and maintain high-impact partner enablement programs, including enablement decks, webinars, and newsletters to accelerate time-to-value for new partners.
• Collaborate with and support other internal partner programs designed to drive partner adoption, including partner training, partner portals, certification programs, and partner communities or advisory boards.
• Collaborate directly with partners to build and execute integrated campaigns designed to acquire mutual logos, generate pipeline, and upsell existing customer bases.
• Create co-branded collateral, templates, and scalable campaign kits designed to help partners self-serve.
• Co-host webinars and in-person events to support partner-led ABM outreach, and drive strategy for field programs such as executive dinners and event sponsorships.
• Coordinate joint PR, customer success stories, media announcements, and social amplification to spotlight strategic alliances and market milestones.
• Ensure partners are onboarded efficiently, actively engaged, and showing high utilization rates of co-marketing campaigns and programs.
• Establish seamless communication and operational alignment between the Marketing team and the Partner GTM organization.

Partner Marketing Manager

AI Engineer

• Ship measurable improvements to developer productivity (e.g., PR cycle time, CI duration, AI-assisted PR throughput)
• Write clean, well-tested code with thoughtful unit and integration coverage
• Contribute to Hyperproof's internal developer documentation, CLAUDE.md skill files, and MCP server configurations
• Work with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot day-to-day, and help evaluate tools like CodeRabbit for automated code review and PR summarization
• Help build automated agents for customer bug triage, PR regression classification, and error-to-fix workflows that chain multiple AI agents together
• Author and maintain CLAUDE.md skill files, MCP server configurations, and prompt engineering improvements
• Contribute to test impact analysis, flake quarantine, pipeline parallelization, and build acceleration
• Help provision multi-environment dev setups, authenticated MCP servers, and connected documentation that enable agentic coding workflows
• Build dashboards and instrumentation tracking PR throughput per developer, Claude usage rates, code coverage, and developer experience sentiment
• Explore using AI to automatically diagnose production errors from telemetry and propose or generate fixes
• Alongside AI-focused projects, get scoped feature and bug-fix work in TypeScript/Node.js/React and Java/C#
