Product Marketing

• Lead and grow the Product Marketing function by hiring, mentoring, and providing direct line management to Product Marketing Specialists.
• Ensure Product Marketing Specialists are equipped with deep customer insights to create effective positioning strategies and develop compelling messaging for all product launches.
• Establish Detailed Documentation: Manage the visual style guides, the copy guidelines and restrictions, and serve as the primary resource for the team to ensure adherence to these standards.
• Along with the Head of Brand & Product Marketing, help define the core marketing strategy and oversee its execution to improve the positioning of HyperionDev and/or partner products in local and international markets.
• Manage the end-to-end development and execution of cross-channel campaigns for product and partner launches.
• Help lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned.
• Define and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers at different stages of their journey and maximise customer retention and loyalty.
• Conduct regular analysis of competitor products and strategies to inform product development and marketing decisions.
• Act as the primary evangelist for our full solutions set and monitor the performance of solutions to educate key stakeholders.
• Partner closely with internal creative and studio teams to bring campaigns from concept through execution across all relevant channels.
• Oversee the team's creation of detailed personas by brand or product and ensure a deep understanding of the markets we serve.
• Drive the development of product positioning and messaging leveraging performance data, customer research, and competitor intelligence.
• Work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive product messaging and campaign delivery.
• Efficiently support Production/Operations within Marketing as it relates to QC or QA of branded collateral.
• Provide the sales team with the necessary product knowledge, sales tools, and training to effectively sell our products.
• Support the team by providing timely updates on performance data related to user engagement, content performance, and campaign effectiveness.

Product Marketing Lead

Manager

• Direct line management of team captains, team responsible for the senior/admissions consultants (Performance, People, and Operations management)
• Management of our university partner performance (Sales performance, People, and operations management)
• Implement best practices within the team to engage with a range of leads to advise them on course choice and enrollment
• Creating and managing shift schedules to service the various target market regions
• Coordinate your team to achieve the required KPIs and exceed the monthly Revenue Target
• Ensure team activity targets & SLA’s are achieved (calls, emails, chats, inbound activity, etc.)
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with our company and finance partners
• Train junior or new admissions staff members, as and when needed
• Ensure all administration relating to admissions is completed effectively
• Working closely with other teams and finding opportunities to optimise enrollments or scale revenue
• Contributing to process improvements
• Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the e-learning space (within and outside your designated regions)
• Identifying opportunities for new business within the market
• Schedule and Host Webinars on a frequent basis
• Coordinate and host open days on campuses (JHB and Cape Town) - if applicable to your region

• Create, update and manage the rules of engagement policy with the admissions team members

Regional Admissions Manager – Maternity Cover

Account Executive

• Engage with a range of qualified leads to advise them on course choice and enrollment.
• Manage the student application process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, providing guidance to prospective students on our courses, communicating the value of our experience, and keeping applicants engaged and informed throughout the process.
• Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students (100+ per day) through phone, sms, video calls, email, and chat.
• Work towards KPIs and exceed admissions targets set by the Vice President of Revenue.
• Continuously learn and master the course offerings through training and independent research to provide a valuable enrollment experience for students
• Host and lead information sessions and sales events both virtually and in person to convert prospective students.
• Support in the training and development of junior admissions staff members, as and when needed
• Ensure all administration relating to admissions is completed effectively, with a high degree of attention to detail.

Sales Rep – UK Market

Designer

• Oversee new course development and existing portfolio maintenance to ensure learner success, improved bootcamp completion rates, learner retention & satisfaction.
• Streamline and scale course building and course maintenance strategies to drive efficiency, contain scope, and improve course quality.
• Translate department and business goals into regular team operations.
• Manage and develop team members by establishing quarterly performance goals, allocating resources, assessing performance, conducting coaching conversations, providing feedback and proposing individual merit, and/or promotional increases.
• Plan and oversee course production and maintenance in collaboration with HyperionDev’s Director of Learning Experience and Operations Manager.
• Review, update and oversee departmental success metrics related to course quality, student satisfaction, progression and graduation.
• Work cross-functionally with all relevant teams to research, propose and implement scalable, effective and efficient approaches to teaching and learning at HyperionDev.

Head of Learning Design

Business Development Rep

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients for corporate training and learnership programmes
• Conduct outbound prospecting (minimum 50 outbound activities per day: calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
• Identify and research key decision-makers (Heads of HR, L&D, CTOs, Founders) and initiate conversations
• Qualify inbound leads and assess fit for HyperionDev offerings
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and Sales team (target: 12 qualified meetings/week; 25/month)

• Take full ownership of revenue growth across all of HyperionDev\'s education products—both consumer and enterprise.
• Lead and scale the Admissions, Learnerships, Collections, and Student Success teams, creating an integrated strategy that drives performance and improves student outcomes.
• Own end-to-end B2C admissions funnel: attract, engage, and convert applicants across multiple markets; optimise enrolment and payment pathways.
• Expand B2B Learnerships offering with South African employers; build partnerships and co-create workforce development initiatives.
• Define team structures, hire, train and retain top talent; set and track KPIs and departmental OKRs.
• Oversee tracking, reporting, and analysis of admissions and revenue data to inform decision-making and identify bottlenecks.
