About the role
- Own your territory by developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve around $2.5m in revenue
- Become a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, including C-Suite executives
- Qualify opportunities that can close within 9-12 months while nurturing high-value relationships
- Orchestrate pre-sales engineers and professional services to deliver solutions
- Generate and advance a healthy pipeline of opportunities within named accounts
- Represent hx at industry events and build relationships with industry leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term industry transformation
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS solution selling experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Exceptional communication and demonstration skills that bring complex technology to life for diverse audiences
- Consistently exceeded a $2 million sales quota
- Strong experience with strategic sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Challenger
- Ability to build credibility with actuaries, underwriters, IT teams, and C-suite executives
- Natural ownership mentality and initiative
- Collaborative approach across technical and commercial teams
- Comfortable being in the office 2 - 3 days per week
- Does not have the ability to support visa sponsorship (applicants must have valid work authorization)
- Understanding of AI and how it can be used in day-to-day work (application requires description)
