About the role

  • Own your territory by developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve around $2.5m in revenue
  • Become a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, including C-Suite executives
  • Qualify opportunities that can close within 9-12 months while nurturing high-value relationships
  • Orchestrate pre-sales engineers and professional services to deliver solutions
  • Generate and advance a healthy pipeline of opportunities within named accounts
  • Represent hx at industry events and build relationships with industry leaders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term industry transformation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS solution selling experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Exceptional communication and demonstration skills that bring complex technology to life for diverse audiences
  • Consistently exceeded a $2 million sales quota
  • Strong experience with strategic sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Challenger
  • Ability to build credibility with actuaries, underwriters, IT teams, and C-suite executives
  • Natural ownership mentality and initiative
  • Collaborative approach across technical and commercial teams
  • Comfortable being in the office 2 - 3 days per week
  • Does not have the ability to support visa sponsorship (applicants must have valid work authorization)
  • Understanding of AI and how it can be used in day-to-day work (application requires description)
