Designer

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of assets, typography, logos, icons.
• Plan and develop seasonal concepts/graphics and analyze emerging trends/customers.
• Provide design mockups and sketches for global projects and private brand, etc.
• Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
• Testing and deciding on fabric, colors, patterns and textures for each design.
• Sourcing and managing the production of designs and maintain a relationship with vendors and suppliers.
• Work closely with internal creative team and collaborate with design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data.
• Work across multiple projects at the same time and be able to produce high standards of finished work in a timely manner.
• Maintain a superior knowledge of the latest market trends across lifestyle such as fashion, culture, art, music, etc.
• Design and propose new fashion items for Hypebeast’s in-house private labels: Hypebeast and Hypegolf.

• Generate significant advertising revenue by growing relationships with UK-based media agencies, PR agencies, and clients.
• Solicit RFP’s as well as unlocking proactive new business opportunities.

• Create compelling sales propositions utilising consumer trends, market knowledge and data-driven insights.
• Understand client’s requirements, brief the creative planning teams and pitch creative proposals.

Brand Partnerships Director

• Lead generation and amplification of existing accounts, in order to achieve individual as well as business objectives.
• Defining and developing new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
• Identify opportunities and potential partnerships to accelerate growth of our platform and business in the APAC region.
• Understand clients’ requirements, and provide a clear and concise brief to the creative and strategic planning teams.
• Selling both online & offline advertising solutions across all of Hypebeast’s media properties.
• Selling Hypemaker creative production services.
• Build proposals and pitch customise marketing strategies to clients.
• Managing advertising campaigns and working closely with the Creative, Editorial and Account Servicing teams to successfully manage and deliver from beginning to end.

• Analysing campaigns and communicating with Sales and Marketing counterparts on delivering client objectives.
• Scheduling campaigns into internal systems, resolving inventory conflicts and meeting production deadlines.
• Prepare and keep sales support files up to date – sales pipeline, brand partnership proposals.
• Effective communication with the Partnerships team on new business and opportunities and actively participating at the weekly meetings.

• Conceive, implement and measure social marketing campaigns on a daily basis across all relevant channels.
• Launch, grow and manage channels where relevant, ensuring milestones are set and met.
• Execute social media publishing strategies while ensuring all posts are accurate, punctual, efficient, safe and on-brand. Captions included.
• Report on campaigns and strategies in real-time to optimize each platform and ensure the most effective approach.
