About the role
- Design prototype and build business solutions following best practices to meet business needs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Safeguard the security integrity and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data by following company security protocols
- Test business solutions and ensure performance is as designed; resolve any issues
- Document solutions to allow support team to support business customers and for easy maintenance; transition key information to support team
- Perform business analysis to assist in gathering information about business process and customer needs from key business stakeholders
- Develop plan for migration of business solution into environments and support stakeholders throughout migration process with minimal guidance
- Compose the documentation and presentation of business analysis and solutions requirements to key stakeholders for validation and approval
- Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for end users with minimal guidance
- Identify enhancements and processes to evolve product and/or solution functionality
Requirements
- Experience configuring and implementing a technical solution
- Experience with assigned business applications, Salesforce experience a plus
- Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
- Good problem solving critical thinking and analytical skills
- Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Good knowledge of business analysis and documenting functional requirements
- Good knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
- Good knowledge of object oriented programming languages such as C# Apex or Python
