About the role

  • Manage all aspects and day-to-day operations for the strategic relationship with American Airlines to drive direct revenue
  • Manage 25+ global airline and car rental relationships to drive member engagement and direct bookings
  • Support global Wellbeing partnerships across, including Peloton and Headspace
  • Launch and manage all aspects of new travel, culture, and brand partner offerings
  • Support the Vice President in all aspects of business development for new partnerships and sponsorships

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing/brand/account management/relationship and/or project management experience
  • History of delivering results and implementing change
  • Strong account management and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills – writing/presentation skills, experience communicating with executive leadership a plus
  • Experience across all marketing channels (e.g., email, digital), experience working with partner channels a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Creative/innovative approach to problem solving and growth mindset
  • Proven ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to build and leverage internal and external relationships
  • Highly professional and able to appropriately represent the company to external partners
  • Experience in managing people
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
