About the role
- Own the integrated search marketing strategy (SEM, SEO) for all brands, refining goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Oversee multi-brand SEM budgets, ensuring investment efficiency through forecasting, pacing, and ROI modeling
- Lead ongoing testing of platform features, automation, and workflow improvements that enhance performance and efficiency
- Oversee enterprise SEO initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with content, engineering, and product teams to improve technical health, authority, and visibility
- Act as primary liaison for search marketing agency, directing overall strategy and evaluating performance against SLAs
- Translate performance data from GA4, Power BI, and media platforms into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Partner with social, display, CRM, and brand teams to support integrated campaigns and aligned audience strategies
- Stay current on search landscape shifts, privacy policies, and algorithm updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in search marketing (paid & organic), preferably in e-commerce or travel
- GA4, Power BI, Multi-touch Attribution
- Experience managing sizable SEM budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical and content optimization
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to travel to as needed, 3-4 times per year
