About the role
- Oversee all operational and business performance for the hotels within your assigned region
- Direct oversight of management and results of all business units in the region
- Continuously track revenue streams, sales strategies, and action plans for package and non-package revenue
- Ensure effective cost management and alignment with budget guidelines
- Conduct monthly on-site inspection visits to all hotels in the region
- Maintain a proactive, transparent, and collaborative relationship with hotel owners
- Implement corporate guidelines, strategies, and policies established by HIC Corporate
- Review financial indicators, forecasts, and results across all properties
- Identify and resolve cross-regional opportunity areas
- Oversee guest satisfaction metrics and promote innovation and sustainability initiatives across the region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior-level operational leadership in hospitality or a related field
- Proven experience overseeing multiple properties or business units
- Strong financial acumen and a track record of delivering operational and profitability improvements
- Experience working with hotel ownership groups
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Tourism, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications in operations, finance, leadership, or related areas
- Expertise with hospitality systems, financial reporting tools, and performance management platforms.
