• Pre-verification of prescriptions and counseling for RedBox Rx patients in accordance with all state and federal statutes and regulations.
• Assists with processing prescription orders from RedBox Rx providers and provides information on visit and treatment related inquiries.
• Assists RedBox Rx patients via phone, chat and email.
• Create and maintain patient profiles.
• Perform drug utilization review and pre-verification of prescriptions.

• Provides first-class service by communicating with customers by telephone, chat, email, or other channels to respond to inquiries and service requests, resolve issues, and provide information about Midwest Heritage services.
• Process service maintenance requests for the online banking channels
• Promote additional Midwest Heritage banking, financial and insurance services
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services that they obtain

• Work closely with the corporate marketing, creative, media, and operations teams to align on priorities.
• Ensure stores are informed of upcoming campaigns.
• Partner with marketing planning for category-specific campaigns.
• Gather regional insights, competitive scans, and feedback to inform marketing planning.
• Track store-level participation and results for events and initiatives.
• Prepare recap reports with photos, results, and recommendations.
