About the role
- Own and scale **Google Ads and/or Bing Ads** accounts for DTC eCommerce campaigns
- Build, optimise, and iterate on **Performance Max (P-Max)** campaigns with clear ROAS targets
- Launch and manage **Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns** to support upper and mid-funnel growth
- Monitor and optimize performance against **CAC and ROAS benchmarks**
- Analyze attribution and performance using tools such as **Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and GA4**
- Translate performance data into actionable insights using **Excel or Google Sheets**
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, and growth teams to improve ad performance
- Create clear reporting and **data visualizations** for stakeholders
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnel structures
Requirements
- **3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience for DTC eCommerce brands**
- Proven experience managing **Performance Max (P-Max)** campaigns
- Strong understanding of **CAC, ROAS, and profitability-focused growth**
- Experience with **Demand Gen, YouTube, or full-funnel paid media strategies**
- Working knowledge of **Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and/or GA4**
- Advanced proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets**
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in **data analysis and visualization**
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with **Bing Ads**
- Background working with high-spend DTC ad accounts ($50k+/month)
- CRO or landing page optimisation exposure
