About the role

  • - Lead and motivate a team of SDRs and Account Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • - Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), and data-driven decision-making.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
