About the role
- - Lead and motivate a team of SDRs and Account Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- - Develop and implement sales strategies for the Flemish and broader Benelux markets.
- - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- - Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation activities with sales goals.
- - Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
- - Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members to enhance productivity and sales results.
Requirements
- - **Fluent in Flemish** and proficient in English.
- - **3+ years of experience** in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, tech, or marketing services.
- - Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team.
- - Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), and data-driven decision-making.
- - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
